CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that by booking on our website, you are agreeing to our 24 hour cancellation policy and your credit card on file will be charged a $50 first time cancellation fee, or the full amount for the missed appointment for repeat missed appointments. If you “No Show” for your appointment, you will be charged the full service amount, courtesy email reminders and txt msgs are sent few days in advance. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice for a ANY reason will be charged. Good news - if the spot gets filled, we will waive the cancellation fee! If you’re late, you’re entitled to the remainder time of your appointment but the full cost will be billed. If you have booked your appointment within 24 hours it is considered confirmed and and our cancellation policy applies if you need to cancel or reschedule. The Forma facial / BodyFX / MiniFX is a very cumulative treatment - for lasting results (approximately 2-3 years) clients will need to book 6 sessions spaced a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 2 weeks apart. ALL SESSIONS should be scheduled in at the original time of booking in the first session. This is the clients responsibility to do so (online in our booking calendar).
