Squats and crunches activate roughly 50% of the focused muscle group, where EmSculpt activates 100% of the target muscle. It is the equivalent of approximately 20,000 squats or crunches in a 30 minute session. Let’s begin with this- getting older is scary for most of us. In our youth, skin care, age prevention, wrinkles and volume loss are not even on our radar. And then… one day it’s just there.
